In our first year we are building the foundation for long term growth towards holistic sustainability. From the social, ethical and environmental scopes of the term, we believe that change requires creativity and starts at home. By being a “Grassroots x Professional” cycling team, we are able to get involved in the creation of these conditions in our streets of our hometowns. This season we are hosting community art engagement projects to ground Analog Racing Team in our communities in a tangible, generous way that engages people’s creative sides. Some ideas we have so far are t-shirt block printing activities, natural dyeing workshops and gardening workshops!

Through these projects we will empower those we engage with to exercise their imagination and participate hands-on in things like the circular economy and slow fashion.

At the end of the season, we will invite our partners and the broader PNW community to enjoy a night of food, celebration and stories at our team’s Mixed Media Art Show in Vancouver! Here our rider’s creative projects from throughout the season will be on display and we will take time to honor the community that buoys us up.

Analog plans to represent our partners across the continent in 2025 and document our stories throughout the season. This will require discipline and creativity, which we are excited to prove ourselves capable of.

Our proposed calendar features 7 team projects. This schedule strikes a balance between quality and quanity to maximize the benefit for our small squad of five riders.

Being able to provide our riders with their race calendar in advance reduces the variables our riders must navigate in order to plan for the year and balance work, school and life well. While training throughout the year is a given, our riders are encouraged to rest, adventure, guest ride or race independently in between our team projects as needed.
