In our first year we built the foundation for long term growth towards holistic sustainability. From the social, ethical and environmental scopes of the term, we believe that change requires creativity and starts at home. By being a “Grassroots x Professional” cycling team, we were able to get involved in the creation of these conditions in the streets of our hometowns. We hosted community art engagement projects to ground Analog Racing Team in our communities in a tangible, generous way that engages people’s creative sides. We are planning more of these for 2026!
Through these projects we will empower those whom we engage to exercise their imagination and participate hands-on in things like the circular economy and slow fashion.
At the end of the season, we invited our partners and the broader PNW community to enjoy a night of food, celebration and stories at our team’s Mixed Media Art Show in Vancouver! Our rider’s creative projects from throughout the season were on display and we took time to honor the community that buoys us up.
Analog represented our partners across the continent in 2025 and documented our stories throughout the season.
Our calendar featured 7 team projects. This schedule struck a balance between quality and quanity to maximize the benefit for our small squad of five riders.
Being able to provide our riders with their race calendar in advance reduced the variables our riders had to navigate in order to plan for the year and balance work, school and life well. While training throughout the year is a given, our riders are encouraged to rest, adventure, guest ride or race independently in between our team projects as needed.
